- Stage 1

Once we receive your application, a member of our team will review it. If you are a potential match, we’ll schedule a call to learn more about your skills and experience. Thank you for your interest!
- Stage 2
First Interview
We will schedule a 60-minute interview with one or two members from our team. It's an opportunity for us to get to know each other. The purpose of this call is to make sure we agree that we are a match for each other, and to give you the opportunity to ask any questions about the role, The Ownership Capital Lab, and so on.
If we do not think you would be a good fit, we will let you know as soon as possible after the call, and ask that you do the same if you do not think the role is the right one for you.
- Stage 3
Second Interview
This is a 60-minute interview. It is an opportunity for us to better understand your experience, how it fits the role, and how you work in a team setting.
We will also leave time for you to ask us questions. Like our first interview, this conversation is for us to get a mutual sense of whether this could work!
