Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Internal Review

Once we received your application, a member of our team will review it. If you are a potential match, we’ll schedule a call to learn more about your skills and experience.

If we do not think you’ll be a fit this time around, we will let you know as soon as possible by email.
Stage 2

First Interview

We will schedule a 60-minute call for you to meet your potential future manager, and for them to get to know you a bit better. The purpose of this call is to make sure we agree we are a match for each other, and to give you the opportunity to ask any questions about the role, The ImPact, and so on.

If we do not think you would be a good fit, we will let you know as soon as possible after the call, and ask that you do the same if you do not think the role is the right one for you.
Stage 3

Second Interview

This is a 60-minute interview with two future team members who you will work closely with as you get onboarded to your role at The ImPact. It is an opportunity for us to understand more about your experience, how that fits the role, and how you work in a team setting.

We will also leave time for you to ask us questions. Like our first interview, this conversation is for us to get a mutual sense of whether this could work!
Stage 4

Presentation & Final Interview

If the team interviews went well and we are all aligned, we will ask you to prepare a presentation on something related to the CM, Latin America role that you will be doing at The ImPact. We will also save time for us to ask you some questions, and leave time for you to ask us questions.

We will send you the interview prompts ahead of the interview. This stage will typically involve some preparation from your side, and then another 90 minute session with our Executive Director, the hiring manager, and our Senior Director.
Stage 5

References & Offer

If the presentation and final interview goes well, we will, at this point, ask you for some references whom we could reach out to. If everything aligns, we will make you a formal offer.
