Stage 1

Internal Review

Once we receive your application, a member of our team will review it. If you are a potential match, we will schedule a call to learn more about your skills and experience.

If we do not think you will be a fit at this time, we will let you know as soon as possible by email.

Stage 2

First Interview

We will schedule a 60-minute interview with one or two members from our team. It's an opportunity for us to get to know each other. The purpose of this call is to make sure we agree that we are a match for each other, and to give you the opportunity to ask any questions about the role, The ImPact, and so on.

If we do not think you would be a good fit, we will let you know as soon as possible after the call, and ask that you do the same if you do not think the role is the right one for you.

Stage 3

Second Interview

This is a 60-minute interview with you and one to two members from our team. It is an opportunity for us to understand more about your experience, how that fits the role, and how you work in a team setting.

We will also leave time for you to ask us questions. Like our first interview, this conversation is for us to get a mutual sense of whether this could work!

Stage 4

Final Interview

If the team interviews went well and we are all aligned, we will ask you to prepare a presentation on something related to the role that you will be doing at The ImPact. We will also save time for us to ask you some questions, and leave time for you to ask us questions.

We will send you the interview prompts ahead of the interview. This stage will typically involve some preparation from your side, and then another 60 minute session with our team.

Stage 5

References & Offer

If the presentation and final interview goes well, we will, at this point, ask you for some references whom we could reach out to. If everything aligns, we will make you a formal offer.
